The Roads Less Traveled:
A LIFESTYLE OF MEDITATION
Do you find it difficult to quiet your mind? This discipline can be considered one of the most difficult. But, it can also be one of the most rewarding. As expressed in the psalms and the Book of Mark, Christian meditation involves time well spent in God’s Word and fellowshipping with Him through prayer -- and the result is a mind and heart filled with the things of God.
1. Focus on the Word (Psalm 119:11-16)
2. Fellowship Through Prayer (Mark 1:35-39)
3. Fruit of Time Well Spent (Psalm 1:1-3)

Through continual, habitual prayer and meditation, we become more in tune with God, His will, and His plan for our lives.
Remember, God who created everything is still in control of His creation. Keep praying for each other, caring for each other and take care of your families. John
